Phreaks On Geeks- A podcast by Older Gamers
How old? Don’t ask. Phreaks is the Pheisty leader of a group of gamers that 2old2play.com has begrudgingly admitted the existence of, but whose editorial stance the admins of that site are quick to distance themselves from. She doesn’t like questions about her age, and no, she won’t make you a potpie. She will discuss the finer points of various varieties of Tea and she does have a lot of opinions about gaming, the interweb, her co-hosts, fellow gamers, Midwest weather patterns, the genetic limitations of men (and women), and generally speaking any other topic you can imagine. With how-to features for the technically challenged, game reviews, internet news and gossip and a chatty style that appeals to many and annoys the few, Phreaks on Geeks makes no promises but delivers the world. Albeit, an incredibly slanted, narrow version of the world, but “the world,” nonetheless. Download it, burn it, take it to go. Tell your friends, and prepare your outraged responses. Phreaks… is ready for business and the complaints department is open.
